Terms of Use

MonHub is operated by Siarhei Basak, a self-employed sole trader based in Belarus ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sergey@burabicasoftware.com.

MonHub helps you find other people to trade cards with. You list the cards you have and the cards you want, we match you with someone whose lists fit yours, and the two of you agree on a trade.

The trade itself happens outside MonHub. We are not a party to it, we never hold or transfer cards, and we cannot force anyone to keep their end of a deal. If a trade falls through, rate the other trader and report them — that is what those features are for — but the trade is between you and them.

MonHub is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or DeNA. All card names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You need an account to use MonHub. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in method to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

One account per person. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension, inflate a rating, or spam other traders.

Do not scam, harass, threaten, or spam other traders. Do not impersonate someone else. Do not use MonHub to sell cards for money, to advertise, or to distribute anything illegal.

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or hammer our servers with automated requests. Do not try to read data that is not meant for you.

We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, with or without warning.

MonHub is free to use. Premium is an optional subscription that adds features on top: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, in US dollars, charged as VAT/sales tax requires in your country. There is no free trial.

Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your Premium features until the period you already paid for runs out.

Web purchases on monhub.app are processed by FastSpring, who act as the merchant of record and appear on your card statement. Purchases made inside the iPhone or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at monhub.app/refund.

Your card lists, username, ratings, and reports stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to other traders as the app requires — your card lists and username are visible to any signed-in user, which is the whole point of matching.

You are responsible for what you write. Do not put anything into a username or a message that you would not want other people to read.

We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use MonHub as it is intended. The app, its design, its code, and the card database we assembled remain ours.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or at monhub.app/delete-account. Deleting your account ends these terms for you and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we do that while you have paid time left on Premium and you did not break the rules, we will refund the unused part.

MonHub is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that matches will be accurate, or that the card database is complete or free of mistakes. Card data comes from public sources and lags behind new releases from time to time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trades that go wrong, cards you lose in a trade, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by contract.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so in the app. Continuing to use MonHub after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
