Delete your MonHub account

MonHub is published by Burabica Software. You delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in three taps. There is no form to fill in and nobody to email.
How to delete your account

Open MonHub and sign in.

Open the Profile tab — the last one in the tab bar.

Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, email sergey@burabicasoftware.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.
What gets deleted
Everything that identifies you, permanently and immediately:
Your profile — your email address, username, avatar, friend code, rating and trade count.
Your card lists — every card you marked as owned or wanted.
Your open trade requests — both the ones you sent and the ones you received.
Ratings and reports about you — deleted outright.
Your notification token, if you had push notifications turned on.
What is kept, and why
Two things survive, with your identity stripped out of them. Neither one points back at you afterwards — the other trader just sees "Deleted user".
Completed trades. The person you traded with keeps their own trade history and trade count. Erasing the record would rewrite their history, not just yours.
Ratings and reports you left about other traders. Those describe them, not you, and they keep them.
Copies held by other companies
Deleting your account does not automatically erase the copies held by Mixpanel (product analytics, which holds your account id, email address and username) or Adapty (subscriptions, which holds your account id and purchase records). Email sergey@burabicasoftware.com and we will remove those too.
How long we keep things
Your account data stays until you delete your account — we do not expire it on a schedule. Once deleted, it is gone from our database straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. Analytics data is kept by Mixpanel under their own retention schedule.
