Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
MonHub is free to use. This policy covers refunds for MonHub Premium, the optional paid subscription.
The short version
Premium is sold only inside the MonHub app, through the App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google take the payment and handle every refund under their own rules — we cannot charge or refund you directly.
Premium renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. Nothing is charged after that.
How to cancel
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and cancel MonHub Premium there. On Android, open the Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Request an App Store refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and a Google Play refund from your order in the Play Store or at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Apple and Google decide these requests under their own refund rules and timelines.
If a request is declined and you believe it should not have been, email sergey@burabicasoftware.com with your order reference. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, but we will look into what happened and can ask the store to review it.
Who takes the payment
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, who act as the merchant of record — they are the seller of record for your order and the name you will see on your card statement. MonHub Premium is not sold on monhub.app; buying it on the web is not possible.
Your statutory rights
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Nothing in this policy takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in — raise a withdrawal request with Apple or Google, whichever sold you the subscription.
